Background :
Devoteam’s Saudi business has introduced the Emerging Leaders Program alongside IMD, a business school headquartered in Switzerland. The learning and development initiative works to fast-track a select group of high-potential Saudi talent at the firm, grooming them for future leadership roles.
Osama Ghoul, Executive Vice President and Managing Partner at Devoteam, said the firm believes in nurturing local talent and providing world-class growth opportunities. Combining IMD’s expertise in learning and development with Devoteam’s commitment to Vision 2030 will help prepare future leaders to shape the Kingdom’s digital landscape, he said.
The program seeks to prepare participants to shape and lead the digital and tech landscape in Saudi Arabia, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. It covers four broad areas: digital strategy, digital excellence, innovation and digital transformation. IMD will provide its expertise, practical frameworks and learning excellence, while Devoteam will back participants through sponsorship and mentorship.
The program’s inaugural class includes Saleh Alsagoor and Shog Alomair, both Senior Strategy and Transformation Consultants at Devoteam. Alomair described the IMD program as a chance to gain fresh perspectives and tools to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 ambitions. Alsagoor described his selection as a move toward growing into a digital transformation leader and building lasting value for the Kingdom.
